How long do orders usually take to ship?

Orders will ship within 1 business day from the time they are placed. All Vuori orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA so once processed, standard ground shipments can take as little as 2-3 days to destinations within California and up to five to ten business days to the east coast. Expedited shipments are the exception.

Why am I having trouble with my tracking number?

Please reach out to us at support@vuoriclothing.com if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note however that sometimes there is a time gap between when we send you tracking information and when the carrier populates the tracking information online. The information will not be available online until it has been scanned into it’s first destination by the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on it.

Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?

Yes! We offer prepaid Vuori Return Shipping Labels for all of our customers. Signing up for a Vuori account allows you to create your own return and prepaid shipping label. Checking out as a guest will require you to reach out to customer service for your prepaid Vuori Return Shipping Label.

How do I contact customer service?
