What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal & Amazon Pay.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order as soon as it ships from our fulfillment center. Until then, the charge will appear as an authorized charge amount on your credit card statement. This ‘authorized’ amount is the amount that will be charged when we ship your order.

I ordered the wrong items; can I change or cancel my order if I’ve already submitted it?

We are unable to make cancellations and modifications to orders once they have been placed. Please contact us at support@vuoriclothing.com for immediate assistance and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I order over the phone?

We currently don't have the ability to take orders over the phone, but give us a call for sizing/fit/advice or for help checking out online.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of our receiving the return package in the mail.
