What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard & PayPal.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order as soon as it ships from our fulfillment center. Until then, the charge will appear as an authorized charge amount on your credit card statement. This ‘authorized’ amount is the amount that will be charged when we ship your order.

I ordered the wrong items; can I change or cancel my order if I’ve already submitted it?

We are unable to make cancellations and modifications to orders once they have been placed. Please contact us at support@vuoriclothing.com for immediate assistance and we will do our best to assist you.

Can someone help me place my order online?

We’d be happy to help you place your order online. The fastest way to receive assistance is to e-mail us at support@vuoriclothing.com or send us a message via our online chat program available when shopping our products.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds and exchanges are processed within one to two business days of our receiving the return package in the mail.

SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

How long do orders usually take to ship?

Orders will ship within one to two business days from the time they are placed. All Vuori orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA so once processed, standard ground shipments can take as little as one to two days to destinations within California and up to five to seven business days to the east coast. Expedited shipments are the exception.

Why am I having trouble with my tracking number?

Please reach out to us at support@vuoriclothing.com if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note however that sometimes there is a time gap between when we send you tracking information and when the carrier populates the tracking information online. The information will not be available online until it has been scanned into it’s first destination by the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on it.

Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?

At this time we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. We are a start up and don’t have the resources to accommodate this just yet. Bear with us and we will get there. We will however pay for shipping exchanged product back to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on our product guarantee, referred to as our “Investment in Happiness”. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back. We are happy to accept returns (we do not accept returns of sale-items) for a refund, exchange, or store credit. When you’re happy, we’re happy!

Can I return an item for store credit?

We will happily process a return for store credit. You will need to have an active online account (creating an account is easy and are free of charge at vuoriclothing.com) with us in order to receive the store credit. Otherwise, we will need to process your return as a refund rather than store credit.

How do I process a return for an item that I received as a gift?

We’re happy to help with gift returns and exchanges. To process a gift return or exchange, please contact customer service at support@vuoriclothing.com. We will issue a Gift Card Code that is equal to the amount of the gift upon receiving your gift return.

Where is my ‘welcome’ discount code?

Your welcome code will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when subscribing to our newsletter. Oftentimes the welcome e-mail will get funneled into a junk or spam folder, however if you can’t find it after one hour of subscribing to our newsletter, please e-mail us at support@vuoriclothing.com.

Where do I enter my Coupon Code?

Your Coupon Code will need to be entered exactly as it appears when given to you in the “Coupon Code” text box. This text box can be found in the ‘view cart’ screen when checking out of your order. Please enter your Coupon Code in all capital letters without spaces. You must click ‘submit’ to enter the code into your purchase total. Your code will be entered immediately upon clicking ‘submit’.

Your Gift Card Code will need to be entered exactly as it appears when given to you in the “Gift Card Code” text box. PRODUCT INFORMATION

What is your shortest short?

At this point, our shortest short is the Trail Runner Short. The Trail runner short has a 7” inseam and a 17.5” outseam.

Which shorts have a built-in liner? Do I need to wear boxers/compression shorts when wearing these?

Our Kore Short and Trail Short are built with a built-in supportive boxer-brief style liner. The liner is designed to hug the body and provide just the right amount of support without being overly compressive and uncomfortable.

Is everything good for use in the water?

Not everything we make is designed for water use. The Banks short, the Cruise Boardshorts and the Equator Boardshorts are specifically designed for life in and out of the water. These styles are made from a light weight stretch, quick drying and anti-microbial material that is sourced from recycled plastic bottles. The Kore and Trail Shorts can be worn in the water, but the interior liner is a soft knit fabric that will not dry as fast.

Where are your clothes manufactured?

We design our gear in-house at our corporate headquarters in Encinitas, California and our products are manufactured at various locations across the globe. We currently work with factories in the United States, China and Colombia. We pride ourselves on the excellent relationships that we maintain with fair, ethical manufacturing facilities, both near and far.
